To refund your money you have to delete all downloaded material copies. In order to refund your money you have to submit the exam score report in PDF format within seven days of examination to sales@prep2pass.com, then we will issue refund to the same account which he used to make the payments regarding the purchase of exam preparation material.

Refund Of exam cannot be claimed if?
Refund of exam is only applicable for any Prep2Pass user who failed in the corresponding examinations within 15 days from the date of purchase of the exam. The refund claim request should be sent within 7 days after the failure of the exam otherwise we will reject the refund claim.
But for this particular purpose he has to follow some rules and our conditions which in brief are as under:-
1. Date limitations:
To avail the guarantee, you must purchase the exam at-least 7 days before the test, otherwise your guarantee will not be approved
2. Incorrect purchase:
In case of Postdated or outdated and improper buying the preparation material then we will not refund you money and it is the policy of our team.
3. Candidate's name should be matched:
Prep2Pass also not refund your money in that case if candidate name is not matched. We will not compromise on this point.
4. Outdated purchase:
The money back guarantee is not valid in case the orders or purchases of those exams which are outdated and are not available at the current time.
5. Free or bundles exam:
Prep2Pass rejects the money back guarantee if the exam is acquired cost free or at special prices like discounts. We also not encourage the money back guarantee in that case when bundles or packages are acquired. If so, then it is suggested then don't claim refund otherwise it will be rejected.
6. Not expect the real material of the exam:
